Day02 Chengdu – Emeishan BLD
In the morning drive to Chengdu Giant Panda Base of Breeding and Research. Founded in 1985, today there are over 50 giant pandas living there. Then leave for Mt. Emeishan, the main ritual place of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva (Puxian Pusa) and one of the four most celebrated Buddhist mountains in China. Upon arrival Emei, we commence the tour from Wannian Si (Temple of Long Life) to enjoy the famous carving of Bodhisattva Samantabhadra riding on his white elephant. Hike on the old stone steps descend via Qinying Pavilion (Clear Sounds Pavilion) to the One-Thread-Sky, and to the bus station at Wuxian Gang to get picked up to descend the mountain. Our today’s tour will come to an end at Baoguo Temple, the largest temple of Mount Emei. Overnight at 4*Emeishan Grand Hotel

Day03 Emeishan – Leshan – Zigong BLD
Leave in the morning for Leshan. Upon arrival in Leshan visit the Grand Buddha in Lingyun Temple. The grand Buddha was completed in 803 of Tang Dynasty after 90 years of construction. Enjoy the fame of the biggest sitting stone sculpture in the world (71-meter high). Carved on the cliff face, the sculpture is well designed with perfect balance and effective water drainage system. After the visit of Lingyun Temple and the Grand Buddha, boating on Minjiang River to see the front site of the Grand Buddha and the “hidden sleeping Buddha”. In the afternoon drive to Zigong and take an excursion to the Grand Buddha in Rongxian County which towers 36.67m, the 2nd largest Buddha statue in China only next to the Leshan Buddha. Day04 Zigong –Dazu BLD
After breakfast visit of Zigong Dinosaur Museum, which is one of the three biggest dinosaur museums in the world built on an archaeological site of dinosaur fossils. The museum stores nearly all species of dinosaurs living in Jurassic era. Afterwards visit of Zigong Salt Industry History Museum. In addition, we will take a short excursion to Shenhaijing, the earliest salt well on the planet dug by man power without any use of modern machinery. In the afternoon we leave for Dazu. Overnight at 5*Ramanda Hotel

Day05 Dazu - Chongqing BLD
Dazu is the home of the world famous Buddhist carving arts. Listed as a World Heritage Site, the Dazu Rock Carvings are made up of 75 protected sites containing some 50,000 statues, with over 100,000 Chinese characters forming inscriptions and epigraphs. After breakfast at the hotel, we commence the exploration in Dazu both to the Northern Hill (Beishan) and Baoding Mountain which contains the finest and most concentrated rock carvings. In the afternoon head for the pier of Chongqing and embark the Yangtze Cruise ship. The magnificent cruise ship starts its voyage downstream at 21.30 on the Yangtze River, the third largest river in the world. 3N in 5*Cruiser Century Star or similar

Day06 Yangtze River Cruise BLD
Enjoy the great mountains along the big river. In the morning reach the foot of the Shibaozhai. Located at the north bank of the Yangtze River, the stockaded village is just a 9 story-pavilion built on the top of an steep and isolate peak. It is about 50 meters high and connected with winding corridors. A perfect place to far view the grandeur of the famous big river. After the visit return to the ship.

Day07 Yangtze River Cruise BLD
In the morning pass by Qutang Gorge. Though the shortest covering a distance of 8 kilometers. It is most majestic and dangerous gorge among the Three. Afterwards come to Wu Gorge (45 km), well know for its beauty bolsos de lujo imitacion and seclusion. Parking at Badong town at 1330 pm and transferring to the local boat at Shennong Stream to explore the remains of the ancient plank road along the river, the mysterious ancient coffins hanging high on the cliff, wild monkeys running under the primitive bushes. Back to ship at about 16.30. Later come to Xiling Gorge (the longest, 66 kilometers), and famed with many shoals, turbulent waters and karst carves on both banks. In the late afternoon pass by the Fifth section of the Ship Gate of the Three Gorges Dame.

Day08 Leave Yichang BL
At Sandouping visit of the completed Three Gorges Dam at about 08.30. The Three Gorge Museum, showing us the construction history, the Dam’s working principles and many interesting information. On the top of Panzi Shan, look down at the great project below your feet. Standing nearby the sluice gate, feel the forceful power of the river water. After the two-hour visit, return to the ship and finally stop at Yichang at about 11.30. Now, the cruise tour is over. Meet your guide and after lunch visit the Chinese sturgeon, then transfer to the airport for the next destination.
