Day01 Arrival in Chengdu
Arrival in Chengdu, capital of province Sichuan, the home town of Panda. Picked up by the local guide at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at 4*Holiday Inn Express Wuhou

Day02 Chengdu-Leshan- Mt. Emei BLD
In the morning leave for Leshan. On the way enjoy the beautiful countryside landscape of western Chengdu Plains during about two hours of driving on the expressway. Upon arrival in Leshan visit of the Grand Buddha and Lingyun Temple. The grand Buddha was completed in 803 of Tang Dynasty after 90 years of construction. Enjoy the fame of the biggest sitting stone sculpture in the world (71-meter height). Carved on the cliff face, the sculpture is well designed with perfect balance and effective water drainage system. After the visit of Lingyun Temple nearby the Grand Buddha, head for Mt. Emei, the main ritual place of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva and one of the four most celebrated Buddhist mountains in China. Upon arrival, visit of Baoguo Si, the biggest temple in Mt. Emei. It was initially built in 1644 during the period of the Emperor Shunzhi’s reign and named by Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty in 1704. Now it is the biggest one of the 23 temples on the mountain. Day03 Mt. Emei BLD
Early in the morning we will take the sightseeing bus to Leidongping station (2400 m) and hike down to watch azalea (2200 m). Then hike to Jinding (Golden Summit, 3077 m), watching flowers on the way. On the Golden Summit we will visit the Buddhist Huazang Temple and appreciate the grandeur of the 48-metre tall Samantabhadra Statue with ten-faces of Bodhisattva Samantabhadra. If you are lucky enough, we may have the chance to see the holy Buddhist Light and the Sea of Clouds. Then we take the cable car down the mountain and take a bus to our hotel at the foot of the mountain. Overnight at 4*Emeishan Grand Hotel

Day04 Mt. Emei – Ya’an – Luding BLD
Check out in the morning and leave for Luding via Ya’an. Before we are on the Chengdu – Ya’an Expressway, have a walk at the Thousand-Buddha-Cliff with countless ancient Buddhist sculptures and story episodes. Drive to Ya’an, China’s Rainy City on the Sichuan – Tibet Highway before heading to Luding County below Erlang Mountain. Check in the hotel in Luding and spare time. Overnight at 3*Luding Qiao Hotel

Day05 Luding BLD
Full day flower watching tour in Luding. We will drive approx. 25km one way to Haizi Shan (Mountain of Haizi) where we have the chance to see many different species of orchids. We will eat a picnic today to save time for watching flowers. Later in the afternoon, drive back to the hotel in Luding. Overnight at 3*Luding Qiao Hotel

Day06 Luding BLD
Transfer to Muge Tso near Kangding along the national Highway 318 westwards. Make a short stopover at Kangding, the capital city of Sichuan’s Garze Tibetan Prefecture and the traditional gateway to Tibet from Sichuan. This city is famous for the same name ballad “Kangding Love Song” since the 1950s. Drive on a zigzag mountainous road to Muge Tso, a beautiful alp lake shining like a gem under deep azure skyline of the Tibetan plateau. Find the right location of these orchids and take as more pictures as possible. Drive back to our hotel in Luding in the late afternoon. Overnight at 3*Luding Qiao Hotel

Day07 Luding – Chengdu, fly to Jiuzhaigou BLD
Breakfast at hotel. Have a walk in the little town of Luding before heading back to Chengdu. We will pass by Erlang Mountain before getting to Ya’an. Enjoy the nice views of Qingyi Jiang river valley. We will gradually leave the Tibetan area and enter the Han Areas. In the midafternoon, we arrive in Chengdu and fly to Jiuzhaigou before sunset. Transfer to our hotel at Huanglong National Park. Overnight at 3*Hualong Shanzhuang Hotel

Day08 Huanglong BLD
Set out in the morning for the orchids. We will drive to the bottom end of the Danyun Gorge. These high rised peaks and secluded location here in Danyuan Gorge provide a wonderful niche to the wind orchids. Watch the orchids and take pictures. Drive back to the hotel after the tour. Overnight at 3*Hualong Shanzhuang Hotel

Day09 Huanglong – Jiuzhaigou BLD
Take a hike tour in Huanglong National Park. Located at Songpan County, the Huanglong (Yellow Dragon) scenic spot, as the legend goes, is so named to commemorate the Golden Dragon of the East Sea who helped Dayu, an ancient emperor in remote antiquity, to regulate rivers and watercourse. The Min Mountains and forests contribute to the complete primitive ecological environment, unique magic scenery and pastoral customs of the minority nationality. Enjoy these colourful lakes and waterfalls in the park. The highlight of the tour is with no doubt the Multi-Coloured Pond on the top of the park. Take the cable car down and exit the park. Transfer to our hotel at Jiuzhaigou. Overnight at 4*Gesang Hotel

Day10 Jiuzhaigou National Park BLD
Full day tour in Jiuzhaigou National Park to find the flowers and take photos.
Jiuzhaigou is named after the nine Tibetan villages in the scenic area. As the water, the “soul of Jiuzhaigou”, is pure and crystal-like and rich in colors, there is an adage saying that no water is worth your attention after your visit to Jiuzhaigou. The water, the reflection on the bank, the stone mill, the Tibetan villages, the Buddhist streamers and the songs and dances of the Tibetan and Qiang people make up the unique culture of Jiuzhaigou. 114 green lakes, 47 springs, 17 over flying waterfall groups, 11 sections of turbulent streams, 5 Karst shoals, vast primitive forest and three Tibetan villages are distributed among the three valleys. It has an area of 1320 square km. There is 30,000 hectares of primitive forest where live 2576 proto species including scores of state-protected animals and plants such as the giant panda, golden monkey and mono-leaf grass. Day11 Jiuzhaigou BLD
Leave in the morning for Wanglang Natural Reserve. On the way, at Huangtuliang pass (3000m) we will stop our car to watch little orchids and Tibetan moccasin flower on the open wild meadows. The tour at Huangtuliang will take approx. 2hrs, depending on the quantity and quality of these wild flowers. Drive to our lodge tonight in the Reserve and spare time. Overnight in a wooden lodge in Wanglang

Day12 Wanglang Natural Reserve BLD
Drive to Baisha Gou (Valley of the White Sand) in the Reserve to see flowers. Return to our lodge in the afternoon. Overnight at wooden lodge in Wanglang

Day13 Wanglang Natural Reserve BLD
Drive to Baisha Gou (Valley of the White Sand) in the Reserve to see flowers. Return in the afternoon. Overnight in a wooden lodge in Wanglang

Day14 Wanglang – Guanghan – Chengdu BLD
Leave in the morning for Chengdu. On the way at Guanghan, visit of Sanxing Dui Museum, which was built on the original site of the Sanxing Dui Ruins with four separate halls to showcase the splendid ancient culture of the Sichuan province.  Arrival at our hotel in Chengdu in the midafternoon. Overnight at 4*Holiday Inn Express Wuhou

Day15 See off B
Transfer to the airport and see off. End of the flower watching tour in Sichuan.
