Day03 Mianyang - Pingwu - Jiuzhaigou BLD
Drive to Pingwu, visit of Bao'en Si temple. It is a Buddhist Monastery, the history of it dates back to the 15th Century. The temple is famous for its glazed roof tiles, the same tiles were used for the Forbidden City in Beijing. With a size of 278 by 100 meters, it is one of the largest Buddhist temple in Sichuan. Day04 Jiuzhaigou BLD

Departure at 10.00 clock. Along the White Dragon River upwards to admire the mountain scenery. At about 16.00 o’clock reach the plains at the foot of Huagai Mount. The steppe is about 3550-3800 m high and is a alpine pasture and a place of settlement for Tibetans. After that, ride about a half or one kilometer to another settlement. You will learn avout the nomads' everyday life. Observation, participation and wandering with horses are available on today's program. Day10 Langmusi Si - Xiahe BLD
Drive to Gansu province. In Hezuo visit of Milarepa Monastery. Late in the afternoon arrival in Xiahe, capital of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture (2900 m). In Xiahe, you will visit Labrang Monastery, the most important monastic center on the northeast border of the Tibet region after Kumbum Monastery. This monastery was built in 1710, it is one of the Six-Pillar monasteries. It has been used over centuries as a connection between Tibetan and Mongolian Lamaism. Overnight at 3*Wangfu Hotel

Day11 Xiahe - Bingling Si - Lanzhou BLD

Day12 Lanzhou BL
In the morning visit of the provincial museum (Silk Road Museum). In the afternoon transfer to the airport and departure from Lanzhou.
