Day02 Chengdu - Sanxingdui Museum - Wanglang BLD In the morning drive to visit the breeding center for giant pandas - the ideal ecological place for visitors from all over the world to learn about the pandas in their natural habitat. Then drive to Sanxingdui Museum in Guanghan. The Sanxingdui ruins, the perfect representation of the Yangtze River civilization, is one of the most important discoveries in the history of science and culture. This discovery has shifted the time horizon of history and culture for the Shu Kingdom about 2,000 years in advance. Because of it, the civilization history of China has been rewritten. This primeval cultural ruins, which is considered as an important component of the source of the Chinese civilization, is the greatest discovery in China so far. Then drive to Wanglang. Day03 Wanglang BLD Hiking in Wanglang natural reserve, learn about the environment of giant pandas. The Wanglang reserve covers an area of 320 000 hectares, accounting for 5.4 percent of the total area of Pingwu district. The area was built to protect the habitat of giant pandas, snub-nosed monkeys, leopards, sambars, monkeys, red pandas, the forests and vegetation. There is a highland forest, which is considered to be quite rare in China and even in the world. The trees such as spruce, pine, Himalayan cedar are all 500 to 600 years old. Day04 Wanglang - Pingwu - Jiuzhaigou BLD Drive to Pingwu, visit of Bao'en Si temple. It is a Buddhist Monastery, the history of it dates back to the 15th Century. The temple is famous for its glazed roof tiles, the same tiles were used for the Forbidden City in Beijing. With a size of 278 by 100 meters, it is one of the largest Buddhist temple in Sichuan. Day05 Jiuzhaigou BLD Jiuzhaigou is a fairyland and a paradise, it’s composed of three valleys forming a Y-shape. If there is really a fairy land in the world, it would be Jiuzhaigou Valley. It is a natural masterpiece. The mountains are green and graceful, the water is crystal clear and brightly colored. That makes a picturesque and magnificent scenery. Beauty is a harmonious unity of primitiveness, colors, shapes and ringing. It is the culmination of landscape aesthetics.
Day06 Jiuzhaigou - Huanglong - Songpan BLD In the morning drive to visit Huanglong National Forest Park. Wander on the mountain and enjoy the beautiful karst landscape. Then take the cable car downhill. Drive to Songpan, stroll in the old town of Songpan. Overnight at simple Taiyanghe Hotel

Day09 Songpan - Ruoergai - Langmusi Si BLD Drive via Ruoergai to Langmusi, passing through the endless steppes, inhabited by Tibetan nomads who move from place to place without rest. The famous war-horses were bred in Ruoergai by the Chinese army. Arrival in Langmusi, visit of Taktsang Lhamo Monastery (Langmusi Si). Overnight at 2*Langmusi Hotel
Day10 Horse riding on the steppes of Langmusi BLD Departure at 10.00 clock. Along the White Dragon River upwards to admire the mountain scenery. At about 16.00 o’clock reach the plains at the foot of Huagai Mount. The steppe is about 3550-3800 m high and is a alpine pasture and a place of settlement for Tibetans. After that, ride about a half or one kilometer to another settlement. We walk through the pasture and stay overnight in a tent of herdsmen. You will have chance to learn the art of survival of the nomads, for example how to put a saddle on or off the horseback, light a fire and use the tool "PENG" to hold the cattle and sheeps. Day11 Between Heaven and Earth BLD You will learn avout the nomads' everyday life. Observation, participation and wandering with horses are available on today's program. In the morning, observe the life of the nomads, for example how to dry cow dung and make butter. If you want, you can join them. At 10:00 o’clock starts a three-hour wandering to the summit of the holy Huagai mountain, passing the flower sea to Hongshilin pasture. Overnight in the tent

Day13 Langmusi Si - Xiahe BLD Drive to Gansu province. In Hezuo visit of Milarepa Monastery. Late in the afternoon arrival in Xiahe, capital of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture (2900 m). In Xiahe, you will visit Labrang Monastery, the most important monastic center on the northeast border of the Tibet region after Kumbum Monastery. This monastery was built in 1710, it is one of the Six-Pillar monasteries. It has been used over centuries as a connection between Tibetan and Mongolian Lamaism. Overnight at 3*Wangfu Hotel
Day14 Xiahe - Bingling Si - Lanzhou BLD Drive to Lanzhou, en route visit of Binling Buddhist cave Monastery. Across the Yellow River are the "1000 Buddha Caves temple". The oldest caves and niches date back to the 4/5 Century AD. Overnight at 4*Legend Hotel
