Daliang City, a famous city in Southern Song for Resisting Jin Kingdom Inbreak, is situated in Jingnei of Xiaojing Village in Guang’an Prefecture, which is 40 km away from Guang’an urban district. The city was constructed on the cragged hill ground hundreds meters high; it is a strategic place in terms of topography, which is easy for defense but hard for Inbreak. Around the city, there are some whistle stop and forts for defense. People in Daliang City can make Qujiang channel under control in the northwest and guard landway from Guang’an to Dazhu in the south, therefore it is a strategic point for both attack and guard. At the present time, there remains 11 ancient city gates and part of stone inscription; the battle field relic can be tracked dimly.
