Luocheng Ancient Town lies in the northeastern part of Jianwei County with a 60 km distance apart from Leshan City. Liangting Street is the main stem of the town, people call it “Boat Shape Street” commonly that started to construct in the first year of Chong Zhen of Ming Dynasty (1628). Up to the present, this surviving old street still keeps part of historical and cultural style of Sichuan in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Both sides of the “Boat Shape Street” are old wooden tile-roofed houses in a long row. The frontage side of the houses is very wide, and forms an infrequent long corridor called “Liangtingzi”, which is supported by more than 100 round stakes standing on strip stelaes in hexagon shape. Under the “Liangtingzi”, there are different kinds of toggeries, snack bars, bazaars, groceries, ironware shops, barbershops, inns, caffs, Wushu training houses, shoes shops, photo studios, Karaoke halls, and clinics. Among them, the number of caffs is the top one.
