The nave mural painting in Longju Temple Longju Temple, the provincial historic preservation unit, lies in the villageship of Xinfeng of Guanghan and was firstly constructed in Tang Dynasty. The nave was built in Ming Dynasty, all around the hall there are 10 mural paintings setting Buddhism story as the subject matter and being precise in painting composition, wonderful in painting skill and unique in features; the towersand pavilions painted are extremely grand and lifelike and elegant figures in pictures are different in appearance. |
