The “living relic”of the liquor-brewing - the Site of Shuijingfang Weathered through the Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties, the Site of Shuijinfang was arranged by the pattern of “shops at the front and workshops at the back”, which best shows its large scale in liquor brewing & operation and was second to none at that time. This is the only discovery of ancient brewery and tavern in China which recorded into the history of brewing liquor. It was listed in the Guinness World Records as a “living cultural relic”. |
